We try to process every order as soon as possible and ship it with care within two working days.

Track & Trace

You will receive a track and trace code when your package leaves our warehouse. 

You will have all the necessary details of the shipping service that will deliver your package with great care.

Returns

Would you like to return your products? 
ou can return them within 14 working days after you have received your package.

After we have received and checked the returned goods you will receive the purchase amount and shipping cost (standard shipping of €4.95 within 3 days. The customer will be responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

Important: we only accept unused goods in their original packaging.

Cancel an order

We try to send your order as soon as possible. That's why you have 12 hours of time to cancel your order if necessary. Please send a mail to info@amuseyourday.com with your request. 

Once your package has been delivered to the shipping partner, cancellation is not possible anymore. 
We would like to ask you to use the standard return procedure in this case.

WASHING MACHINE

You can use all our products in the washing machine without any problems.

Some food might cause colouring, typically like curries and tomato sauces.

FREEZER

Most of our products are suited to store food in the freezer. 

This is always indicated at the bottom of the product or on the sleeve.

If we cannot resolve this together through our personal complaints service at info@amuseyourday.com, you can contact Safeshops.be as a customer. Safeshops.be will mediate between you as a consumer and us, if your complaint is accepted by them. Only complaints submitted via the complaints form on https://www.safeshops.be/nl/consumers-complaints/ will be handled. In this way, the label organization immediately has all the correct information to further process your complaint.

There are also Belgian and European institutions protecting your rights as a consumer.
