Amuse Poké Bowl

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Cucumber
- Grated carrots
- Radish
- Edamame beans
- Smoked salmon cubes
- Basmati rice or Sushi rice
- White poppy seed
- Black poppy seed
- Fried onions
Any other garnishes:
- Grated coconut
- Fried garlic
- Masago
- Spanish peppers
Recipe:
1) Cook the rice according to the package. You can certainly make this with basmati rice, but sushi rice gives a nice touch and is nice and sticky! Let the rice cool down.
2) Cut the vegetables into fine, small cubes.
3) Divide the smoked salmon centrally, and arrange the vegetables around it.
4) Garnish with sesame seeds and a dressing of your choice (we are huge fans of sesame dressing).
5) Tasty!
